Our Impact

Building a Neuroinclusive World, Together

At Neurodiversity in Business, we work to create a world where neurodivergent people are not only included, but genuinely enabled to thrive — in work, in life, and in society.

We believe neurodiversity is a strength. When businesses understand, support, and harness neurodivergent talent, everyone benefits — individuals, organisations, and the wider economy. Our work sits at the intersection of education, advocacy, and practical action, driving long-term change at both individual and systemic levels.

Driving a Purpose in Action

At Neurodiversity in Business, we exist to create lasting, meaningful change by working on both sides of the system — supporting neurodivergent individuals and reshaping the environments they work within.

We do this by:

  • Educating businesses to move beyond awareness and into action, embedding neuroinclusive practices across recruitment, leadership, culture, and workplace design — enabling organisations to unlock neurodivergent talent and perform at their best.

  • Supporting neurodivergent individuals with education, tools, and guidance to navigate careers, understand their rights, and build confidence in systems not always designed with neurodivergence in mind.

  • Developing practical programmes and resources that support neurodivergent people across education and employment.

  • Building connected communities of neurodivergent people, allies, families, professionals, and employers — enabling shared learning, mutual support, and collective progress.

  • Working globally to share insight, shape best practice, and influence thinking across borders, helping drive a more neuroinclusive future worldwide.

Together, this creates a domino effect — where inclusive workplaces lead to stronger organisations, healthier economies, and a more equitable, forward-thinking world.

Why We Exist

Our work began with a clear recognition of both the barriers neurodivergent people face and the extraordinary value they bring.

Our founder, Dan Harris, saw a persistent gap between talent and opportunity — where systems, processes, and outdated assumptions prevented neurodivergent individuals from flourishing. At the same time, businesses were missing out on innovation, insight, and capability.

Neurodiversity in Business was created to bridge that gap — not with token gestures, but with practical, sustainable solutions that benefit individuals, organisations, and society as a whole.

Our Values in Action: BRAVE

We are guided by values that are lived, measured, and embedded in how we work — not aspirational statements, but principles that shape decisions, partnerships, and outcomes.

B — Bold in Progress

We lead change, not follow it.
We actively design and test better ways of working, pushing beyond awareness into action. We focus on solutions that create measurable, lasting impact for neurodivergent people and the organisations they work within.

R — Responsible in Challenge

We challenge systems, behaviours, and assumptions that limit opportunity — including our own.
We act with integrity, hold ourselves and others accountable, and take responsibility for driving fair, ethical, and sustainable change.

A — Anchored in Lived Experience

Neurodivergent voices are central to everything we do.
We listen first, learn continuously, and co-create solutions with those who have lived experience, supported by evidence, research, and professional expertise.

V — Visible and Transparent

We are open about our intentions, our actions, and our impact.
We communicate clearly, work accessibly, and build trust through honesty, collaboration, and shared understanding.

E — Equitable by Design

Equity is not an afterthought — it is built in from the start.
We respect difference, remove systemic barriers, and ensure fair access to opportunity so that everyone has the chance to succeed and thrive.

The Future We’re Building

A truly neuroinclusive society doesn’t happen by accident,  it is built deliberately, collectively, and over time. Our work is part of a wider movement, led by neurodivergent people, supported by allies, strengthened by businesses, and amplified across communities and borders.

We invite you to be part of that movement.

Together, we can reshape workplaces, unlock talent, and build a future where every mind is valued — and everyone can move forward.
