How long is each session?
Each Learning Lab runs for 1 hour, including time for Mentimeter interaction and Q&A
How many people can attend?
Unlimited — we can deliver for any number of attendees. Charges scale with the number of participants; please request a tailored quote.
What does it cost?
Pricing is flexible based on team size, format, and level of engagement – please contact us to explore the right option for you.
Are travel or accommodation costs included for in-person sessions?
Delivery is inclusive for most London venues. Outside London, additional costs may apply for travel, accommodation, and subsistence.
Can you tailor the content?
The core content is fixed. Light tailoring is available via the choice of Mentimeter questions, polls and word clouds to align with your audience.
How are virtual sessions delivered?
All virtual sessions take place on Microsoft Teams and feature interactive Mentimeter activities, plus a live Q&A.
Who facilitates the sessions?
Sessions are delivered by associate trainers with lived experience of neurodivergence, bringing authenticity and professional expertise.

How do we book?
Contact the NiB Learning Team at learning@neurodiversity.org with your preferred topic, delivery format (in-person or virtual), and dates.
Will Mentimeter results be shared?
Yes — we will send a PDF of the Mentimeter results after every session. A more comprehensive Insights Report is available as an add-on and can be included in your quote.
Do we need to set up the Teams link?
No. We will set up the Microsoft Teams link for all virtual sessions.
Can the session be recorded?
Yes. If recording is required, we allow internal access to the recording for up to 1 month after the session.
Is the Interactive Learning Labs content available for reuse within my organisation?
No. All Learning Lab materials—including slide decks, exercises, and facilitator content—are the intellectual property of Neurodiversity in Business and may not be reused, replicated, or delivered in any format. PowerPoint files are not shared under any circumstances.
Each session includes a comprehensive handout summarising the key content. Where recordings are available, access is provided via a secure, view-only Microsoft Teams link. Individuals must request access, and permissions are granted for 30 days only.
