2027 Neurodiversity in Business Annual Conference:
Designing the Future of Work
About the conference
Following the success of our 2026 event, the Neurodiversity in Business Conference returns in 2027 as a full-day hybrid event in the heart of London. Join businesses, neurodivergent individuals, partners, and allies to learn from each other and help make the world of work a more neuroinclusive place.
The conference is a platform for the neurodivergent community, DE&I thought leaders, and neuro-inclusive product and service providers to share innovative ideas and best practice. It is also where NiB will present findings from its workplace research, highlight new resources for members, and share the charity’s impact and plans for the future.
Our theme: Designing the Future of Work
Our 2027 theme looks at how organisations of every size, from individuals to enterprises and whole sectors, can design workplaces, systems, and practices that work for everyone. Our programme is built around three Collaboration Sessions.
1. Inclusive by Design
Moving beyond adjustments to create workplaces, systems, and processes that work for everyone.
Structures, systems and environments · The social model of disability · Outcome-focused workplaces · Accessibility and workplace design
2. Leading Change
Empowering leaders, allies, and organisations to build cultures where neurodivergent talent can thrive.
Inclusive leadership · Allyship and advocacy · Culture transformation · Employee voice and influence
3. Innovation for Impact
Exploring AI, technology, evidence, and emerging practices that drive measurable outcomes.
AI and neurodiversity · Future skills · Technology and transformation · Evidence, measurement and success stories
What to expect
- Keynote speakers, including the release of summary findings from the Neurodiversity in Business academic research
- Workshops across all three themes, with delegates able to choose three to attend, in person and online
- Exhibition space featuring organisations, employee support groups, and employment initiatives
- Networking with employers, specialists, and community members
Hybrid by design
Join us in London or online. Online delegates can access workshops and streamed keynotes, so there’s a ticket option to suit you.
Neuroinclusive by design
We’re applying our own principles to the event itself. The venue includes a quiet room (low sensory, comfortable, silent) and a stim room (a high-sensory space with fidget toys, comfortable furniture, and whiteboards for live feedback and discussion). We’re also consulting our community on the venue, facilities, schedule, and communications, so please share your views with us.
Who is it for?
Corporate members, partners, DE&I and HR professionals, leaders, allies, service and technology providers, and neurodivergent individuals.

A message from our Founder
The NiB Conference has grown year after year to become the largest and most impactful event in the neurodiversity space, bringing together voices from across industries, communities, and lived experiences. Building on the success of previous conferences, our 2027 event will be our most ambitious yet, offering more opportunities to connect, collaborate, and champion neurodivergent talent. This is not just a conference, but a movement that continues to shape workplaces and society for the better
