Welcome to Neurodiversity in Business (NiB)
We are so glad to have you on board! As you know, NiB is an industry group that aims to transform corporate’s understanding, acceptance and support of Neurodiversity in the corporate world. While we are based in the UK, our team of volunteers is rapidly spreading around the world with other countries coming on board in 2023. Our volunteers are both Neurodiverse and Neurotypical but we are all share the goal of removing employment barriers for the 15-20% Neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.
As the number of people volunteering has expanded so recently, we ask that you take some time to read through the information below carefully and click on the relevant links to make so that you know your way around feel included and able to contribute. Working with NiB is fast paced and decisions are made collaboratively and efficiently. If you are ND yourself, you may well find this a stimulating and exciting place to work with likeminded individuals. Equally, if you are having a week with limited capacity, simply state you cannot join in and tasks can be reassigned – no explanation required.
NiB is a voluntary forum with no subscription costs to our corporate members. fees. We work collaboratively with our corporate members to improve conditions for ND people in employment.
