How long is each session?
Each Learning Lab runs for 1 hour, including time for Mentimeter interaction and Q&A
How many people can attend?
Unlimited. There’s no cap on attendees for either virtual or in-person delivery.
What does it cost?
- Virtual: £500+VAT per session
- In person: £600+VAT per session
Includes a 1-hour interactive session, Mentimeter engagement, and live Q&A.
Are travel or accommodation costs included for in-person sessions?
Delivery is inclusive for most London venues. Outside London, additional costs may apply for travel, accommodation, and subsistence.
Can you tailor the content?
The core content is fixed. Light tailoring is available via the choice of Mentimeter questions, polls, word clouds & quizzes to align with your audience.
How are virtual sessions delivered?
All virtual sessions run on Microsoft Teams and use Mentimeter (polls, quizzes, word clouds) plus live Q&A.
Who facilitates the sessions?
Sessions are delivered by associate trainers with lived experience of neurodivergence, bringing authenticity and professional expertise.

How do we book?
Contact the NiB Events Team at events@neurodiversity.org with your preferred topic, delivery format (in-person or virtual), and dates.
Will Mentimeter results be shared?
Yes. Mentimeter results and insights captured during the session will be sent out to participants after the event.
Do we need to set up the Teams link?
No. We will set up the Microsoft Teams link for all virtual sessions.
Can the session be recorded?
Yes. If recording is required, we allow internal access to the recording for up to 1 month after the session.
